Essential cookies and optional analytics
Essential session cookies support the planner and secure forms. Google Analytics is optional and only loads after you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website. We do not use advertising cookies or Google advertising personalisation.
What is stored
| Name and type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
bts_sessionFirst-party cookie | Protects forms and links this browser to its temporary planner draft and authorised owner sign-in. | Browser session; planner drafts expire after two hours. |
btc_analytics_consent_v1Local storage | Remembers your accept or reject choice and its expiry date. It is not a visitor identifier. | 180 days, unless cleared earlier. |
_ga and _ga_…Google Analytics first-party cookies | Distinguish browser visits and sessions for usage statistics. Set only after consent. | Configured for up to 180 days. |
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer or below to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting after accepting stops further tracking and removes accessible Analytics cookies from this domain. It does not erase reports already received by Google. Your choice applies to this browser; clear browser storage or change browser and you will be asked again.
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it.
Google receives technical usage information only after consent. We exclude private project pages, strip query strings and fragments from tracked page addresses, and do not send form contents. See the privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser, although the planner, secure forms and sign-in may then stop working. Deleting browser storage does not delete an already submitted enquiry or a contractor’s copy. Contact us about those records using the privacy policy.
Use the button below to clear the project and contact draft associated with this browser session. It does not delete a submitted enquiry.
